It’s coming together. All text and data are in place - all that’s left is the editing and formatting on my first conference paper submission. Cutting down size is the prime challenge now, with the current length at 9.75 pages and a maximum length restriction of 8 pages (but we may be able to get away with 9).

The final deadline is 9AM tomorrow, so it will be finished before I go to sleep, regardless of how late I need to work

Update: Heart-stopping-up-to-the-minute update! It’s 1:30AM and I’m still waiting for others to finish their revisions so I can make a final revision of the document. First I had a cup of coffee, then a cup of caffeinated hot chocolate, and now I’m sipping a cup of Earl Gray, enjoying the aroma of bergamot, and twiddling my thumbs. I may take another shower.

Update 2: The cold shower is a powerful tool. Still waiting.

Update the 3rd: 5 AM and I’m all done. Time to sleep in.
